- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with reasonable notice.
3. User Content and AI Generation
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content").
- Ownership: You retain all rights to the Content you create using CreatifyHQ. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.
- AI Generation: Content generated via our AI tools is yours to use commercially or personally. However, you acknowledge that AI generation is probabilistic and we do not guarantee the uniqueness of generated text.
- License: By posting Content, you grant us a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service (e.g., publishing to your social media).
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:

8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CreatifyHQ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
